Refund & Returns Policy – The Weekend Brew
At The Weekend Brew, we take pride in providing freshly roasted, high-quality coffee beans and ground coffee. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for health and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans or ground coffee.
Please ensure you have selected the correct product, grind size, and quantity before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind.
Personal taste or preference.
Incorrect product selection made by the customer.
Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once we have reviewed your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
