The Weekend Brew sells premium coffee beans and ground coffee through our online store. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in packaging, colour, or appearance may occur without affecting the quality of the product.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or is declined.

4. Order Acceptance

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped using a trusted courier service. Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind.

Personal taste or preference.

Incorrect product selection by the customer.

Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Selecting the correct products, quantities, and grind options before completing their purchase.

Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Weekend Brew will not be liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
